Victor Anderson
Victor Anderson is the Director of Bands grades 7 – 12 in Yorkville, Illinois. He has previously taught at Jacobs High School in Algonquin, Illinois, Galesburg School District 205 in Galesburg, Illinois, and Community Unit School District 201 in Aledo, Illinois. As an educator, he has been a clinician at numerous high schools throughout Illinois and has been guest conductor for the I.M.E.A. District IX Senior Jazz and District II Junior Jazz Festivals. As a performer, Mr. Anderson continues to play with various community ensembles. Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor’s of Music Education at Illinois Wesleyan University in 1997 and his Master’s of Music Education from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign in 2000. He currently resides with his wife Alison and their daughter Emilia in North Aurora, Illinois.
